Carinthia calls !
On Sunday September 8th the 7th edition of the Pyramidenkogel Turmlauf will be held. The venue is Keutschach on the famous Wörthersee, one of the jewels of the Austrian tourist region Carinthia. With the 18-meter-long antenna tip, the tower measures exactly 100 meters ! The finish platform is 71 meters above ground– the mainly wooden building located on top of a hill offers an overwhelming view of the surrounding lakes and mountains.

Technically it is an uphill sprint of about 25 seconds followed by 441 steps in an open stairwell. The prize money is higher than at a typical 120 point race and will be distributed to male and female winners as follows:
1st – 400€, 2nd – 250€, 3rd – 200€, 4th – 150€, 5th – 100€, 6th – 50€.
Additionally a Jacques Lemans watch waits for the winner in case of breaking the course record. To beat are the times of Austrians Jakob Mayer (2:04,38) and Veronika Windisch (2:35,32).

Race organizers and TWA are pleased to offer 12 travel packages comprising 100 Euro travel reimbursement, 1 night accommodation with breakfast and free race entry.
